We have some exciting news to share! Newcastle Therapy is relocating to a brand-new office space just down the road in Mayfield. While we loved our old spot, this move allows us to provide a more accessible, convenient, and flexible environment for our amazing community!
We’re still the same team providing the same dedicated care- just in a space that better supports the work we do together! 💛

Our new location isn't just a change of scenery; it’s about making therapy work better for your daily life! Being right in the heart of Mayfield means we are closer to great local facilities that we can incorporate into our sessions:
Real-World Practice: We can now practice shopping or budgeting skills at the supermarket across the road- without any extra travel fees! 🛒
A Change of Pace: If a traditional office setting feels a bit heavy, we can grab a coffee at a local cafe for a more relaxed session. ☕️🥐
Better Accessibility: Our new building is designed to be easier to navigate for all our clients. ♿️🙌
How to Find Us 🗺️
Our new home is located in a landmark building in Mayfield. Here is exactly how to find us:
Address: 161 Maitland Road, Mayfield
The Building: Look for the building with "Iron Workers Centre" clearly marked on the exterior!
Once you arrive:
Enter through the main lobby. 🏢
Take the lift up to Level 2. 🛗
Turn right as you exit the lift. ➡️
Walk down the corridor; we are the third office on the left. 🚶♂️
Look for the "Newcastle Therapy" sign on the door—that’s us! 🚪✨
Parking & Transport 🚗🅿️
We know that worrying about parking is the last thing you want to do before an appointment! Luckily, there are plenty of free options right nearby:
Supermarket Parking: You can park in the Aldi or Woolworths car park down the road! 🛍️
Dora Street: Located right behind the building, this street offers 2 or 3-hour free parking. 🕒
Maitland Road: You may find a spot directly out front for 1-hour free parking. 🚙
